All customers can exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same item. please contact us for any queries.
you can exchange any unwanted items back to us within 5 days of purchase, provided:
1.The items are unworn, unwashed and show no signs of wear
2.The items have all aye tags attached
3.You take good care to avoid the transfer of make-up
4.fill out your item(s) for exchange on a note.
5.Enclose your delivery note with the item, and package up securely.
6.We advise all customers to obtain a tracking of postage from the postal service used; AYE is not responsible for any lost goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you would like to exchange for a different item, of an increased price, then you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods, plus proof of purchase to the address below within 5 days of purchasing and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt of the return.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your parcel to be processed by aye. you will receive an email once your return has been processed. if you haven’t heard any communication from us after the 7 working day timescale, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the items returned.
